The Auto Bobcat Needle Cap is the fluid needle for the C.A. Technologies Bobcat Automatic. The needle seats in the fluid nozzle and meters paint every time you pull the trigger — needle and nozzle work as a matched, size-stamped pair.
Needles wear at the seat: the first symptoms are dripping at trigger release, spitting at the start of a pass, and paint weeping at the tip with the trigger off. Replace the needle and fluid nozzle together and keep the sizes matched — a new needle in a worn nozzle seals no better than the old one.
