Which PEM-X1 should I choose?
Choose the standard PEM-X1 with a Sprint 2 system for production-volume work. Choose the PEM-X1 CG for single parts, small batches, lab work, or any job where fast color changes and portability matter more than sustained output.
Do they share the same accessories?
Yes. Both accept the same flat spray nozzles, electrode holders, deflector cones, CoronaStar, nozzle extensions, and protective wedges. One accessory ecosystem, two gun configurations.
What systems are available?
Standard PEM-X1: Sprint 2 B (box feed w/ vibrating table) or Sprint 2 H (hopper feed, 25L/60L tanks). Cup gun: Sprint 2 Case Set (2467115) with everything in one case.
Can I add a cup gun to my Sprint 2?
Yes. The CG gun only (2322588) can be added to any existing Sprint 2 system that already has an EPG Sprint XE control unit. Use the cup gun for quick color changes and small jobs, switch back to the hose-fed PEM-X1 for production runs.
