The nozzle insert assembly renews the PEM-C3 front end — the complete insert unit.
Powder tips are wear parts: throughput slowly erodes the outlet and the pattern loses its shape — tails, heavy edges, or a cloud that drifts narrow. If pattern quality has degraded and cleaning does not restore it, replace the tip rather than chasing settings.
