The EPS-45-24 switching power supply feeds 24 V to the SPRINT's control electronics — the supply everything else in the cabinet depends on.
A failing PSU makes a powder system look haunted: random resets, dead panel, charging that cuts out. Check the fuse first (9951116); if supply voltage sags or hunts, replace the PSU before chasing boards.
