Wagner CoronaStar, PEM-X1 Complete — Genuine PEM-X1 Spare Part (2322868)
The CoronaStar is Wagner's free-ion collector attachment for the PEM-X1 front end. Mounted ahead of the nozzle, it captures excess free ions from the corona field before they reach the part — which means less orange peel, smoother films, better penetration into Faraday areas, and easier recoats.
Fit the complete CoronaStar when finish quality on visible surfaces matters — it is the single most effective bolt-on upgrade for film smoothness on a corona gun. Its star electrode is a wear item; keep the replacement electrode (2322835) on hand.
