Wagner Electrode Holder, X1 F ET (Wide Spray) — Genuine PEM-X1 Spare Part (2322529) WEAR PART
The X1 F electrode holder is item 12 on the PEM-X1 exploded diagram. It sits between the gun barrel and the fan spray nozzle and carries the corona electrode that puts the negative charge on the powder cloud in fan-spray configuration.
A bent or burned-back electrode means weak wrap and poor transfer efficiency — if first-pass coverage has faded and the nozzle checks out, look here. The holder is locked by the protective wedge (2320488), which the wedge tool (2324205) removes without damage.
