Wagner Union Nut, X1 — Genuine PEM-X1 Spare Part (2320464)

The union nut is item 10 on the PEM-X1 exploded diagram — the threaded collar that clamps the nozzle and electrode holder onto the front of the gun barrel. Every nozzle change loosens and re-tightens this nut, so its threads live a hard life.

Replace the nut when the threads gall or the collar cracks — a loose front end shifts your spray pattern and leaks powder at the barrel joint. Note that the nozzle extensions use their own union nut (2320470); this one is for the standard gun front end.
