Wagner Wedge Tool, X1 — Genuine PEM-X1 Spare Part (2324205)
The wedge tool is item 14 on the PEM-X1 exploded diagram — the factory tool for extracting and seating the protective wedges that lock the PEM-X1 electrode holders in place, in both fan- and round-spray configurations.
Improvised tools chew up the wedge seat and can crack the electrode holder. This tool pops the wedge (2320488) cleanly so nozzle-path service stays a two-minute job. Need wedges too? The kit (2324124) bundles this tool with 20 wedges.
