C.A. Technologies R3 Internal Mix Nozzle — Genuine Lynx Spare Part (21-223) WEAR PART
The R3 Internal Mix Nozzle is the fluid nozzle for the C.A. Technologies Lynx L100CM — it meters the paint flow and forms the fluid stream the air cap then atomizes. Nozzle size sets your flow rate for a given viscosity.
Fluid nozzles are wear parts, and abrasive or catalyzed materials eat them faster: the orifice slowly opens, flow creeps up, and the pattern goes heavy and wet-centered at your usual settings. If you keep dialing fluid DOWN to hold the same finish, the nozzle is telling you it is worn. Replace it together with its needle.
