The PROLite platform is also compatible with the 560mL Acetal gravity cup (905204), DeKups adapter (802200), and SNAP N FLOW adapter (803750) for additional cup system flexibility.

HV30 HVLP Air Cap Performance

The HV30 HVLP air cap operates at a recommended inlet pressure of 14–25 psi (1.0–1.75 bar) with a maximum air consumption of 15.5 scfm (440 SLPM) and produces a fan pattern of 11.5–12.5 inches (290–315mm). The 1.2mm nozzle suits lighter-viscosity basecoats and waterborne materials, while the 1.3mm handles standard-viscosity basecoats, single-stage finishes, and clearcoats. Both nozzles are compatible with all waterborne and solventborne automotive refinish coatings.
