This kit includes the PROLite gravity-feed spray gun body with the HV30 HVLP air cap, 1.2mm and 1.3mm stainless steel fluid nozzles, matching fluid needle, and an HAV-555 air inlet adjustment valve with digital readout. No cup is included.

The 905038 ships with the PROLite gravity gun body, HV30 HVLP air cap and retaining ring, 1.2mm and 1.3mm stainless steel fluid nozzles, PROLite gravity fluid needle, and HAV-555 digital air adjustment valve. Compatible cups are sold separately — the 560mL Acetal gravity cup (905204), 900mL aluminum gravity cup (702576), DeKups adapter (802200), and SNAP N FLOW adapter (803750) all fit the PROLite platform.

HV30 HVLP Air Cap Performance

The HV30 HVLP air cap operates at a recommended inlet pressure of 14–25 psi (1.0–1.75 bar) with a maximum air consumption of 15.5 scfm (440 SLPM) and produces a fan pattern of 11.5–12.5 inches (290–315mm). This configuration is ideal for basecoat applications where HVLP compliance is required. The 1.2mm nozzle suits lighter-viscosity basecoats while the 1.3mm handles standard-viscosity basecoats and clearcoats. Compatible with all waterborne and solventborne automotive refinish materials.
