What is the difference between the PEM-C4, PEM-C4R, and PEM-C4 FM?

The PEM-C4 family includes three HiCoat corona manual gun variants. All three share common internal components (handles, trigger, cable, powder tube, o-rings, hardware). The PEM-C4 FM adds a negative cascade (390971) and a specific electrode holder (390969) for the flat-module charging system. The PEM-C4R is a reworked variant that shares common parts with the HiCoat. Many nozzle-end and housing parts are interchangeable across all three.

Has the PEM-C4 been replaced?

Yes. The Wagner PEM-C4 is a legacy corona manual powder coating gun. It has been succeeded by the PEM-X1. All PEM-C4 spare parts remain available from CET as a factory-authorized Wagner distributor.

Which nozzle should I use on my PEM-C4?

The PEM-C4 uses the C4 nozzle body (390204) with F1 (390324) or F2 (390325) fan spray nozzles, plus round spray nozzles (390313). The FM variant uses a different nozzle body (390266). Use the adjustment tool (390342) for fan spray nozzle positioning.
