The sealing coupling with anti-kink spring (2303714) terminates and seals an air line on Wagner powder systems — spring protection at the fitting where hoses always crack.
Powder coating runs on clean, dry, oil-free air — one slug of moisture or compressor oil contaminates powder and shows up as craters and fisheyes in the cured film. Service the air-side parts on schedule and fix small leaks early; the air system is the cheapest place in the booth to prevent expensive rework.
