Description
DeVilbiss GPG Gravity High Efficiency Gun Kit with 900mL Cup (905015)
The DeVilbiss GPG Gravity High Efficiency Gun Kit (905015) is the most complete 7E7 High Efficiency package in the GPG lineup. This kit includes the GPG gravity-feed gun body with the 7E7 High Efficiency air cap, three stainless steel fluid nozzles (1.2mm, 1.3mm, and 1.4mm), multi-purpose fluid needle, HAV-501 air inlet adjustment valve with analog readout, and a 900mL aluminum gravity cup — a full professional setup covering the entire basecoat and clearcoat nozzle range right out of the box.
What's in the Kit
The 905015 ships with the GPG gravity-feed gun body, 7E7 High Efficiency air cap and retaining ring (905226), 1.2mm fluid nozzle (905259), 1.3mm fluid nozzle (905260), 1.4mm fluid nozzle (905261), multi-purpose fluid needle for 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4mm nozzles (905267), HAV-501 analog air adjustment valve (180089), and a 900mL aluminum gravity cup (702576). The gun features a 1/4" universal thread air inlet. Additional fluid nozzles are available separately in sizes from 1.5mm through 2.2mm for expanded application range. The GPG platform also accepts primer air caps (PR10, PR30), HVLP cap (GPG2), and conventional caps (C86, C30) — all sold separately — making it a truly multi-purpose gun body.
7E7 High Efficiency Air Cap Performance
The 7E7 High Efficiency air cap operates at a recommended inlet pressure of 16–22 psi (1.1–1.5 bar) with a maximum air consumption of 10.8 scfm (305 SLPM) and produces a fan pattern of 9.5–10.5 inches (240–265mm). The 7E7 is the most air-efficient multi-purpose cap in the GPG range — it delivers excellent atomization at the lowest air consumption available, making it ideal for shops with limited compressor capacity or multi-gun setups sharing a single air supply. With three nozzle sizes included, the 905015 covers the full basecoat and clearcoat spectrum from a single gun. The 1.2mm suits lighter-viscosity waterborne basecoats and thin materials. The 1.3mm is the workhorse size for standard-viscosity basecoats and single-stage finishes. The 1.4mm handles clearcoats and heavier-bodied materials that benefit from a slightly larger fluid opening. Having all three nozzles in one kit eliminates the need to purchase additional nozzles for core refinish work.
905015 vs Other 7E7 Kits — What's the Difference?
The 905015 is the most complete 7E7 kit — it includes all three nozzles (1.2, 1.3, 1.4mm), a 900mL cup, and the HAV-501 analog gauge. The 905022 includes 1.2mm and 1.3mm nozzles with a 900mL cup and HAV-555 digital gauge. The 905020 includes 1.3mm and 1.4mm nozzles with a 900mL cup and HAV-555 digital gauge. The 905021 and 905019 are uncupped versions of those same two-nozzle kits. Choose the 905015 when you want the full nozzle range in one purchase.
