The DeVilbiss GPG Gravity Spray Gun addresses the market’s demand for a cost-effective, multi-purpose spray gun without compromising the atomization quality that professional automotive refinishers depend on. Built on an anodized, drop-forged aluminum body with lightweight aluminum controls and smooth trigger action, the GPG delivers the legendary DeVilbiss fit, feel, and performance at an accessible price point.

The GPG is engineered around a comprehensive air cap system — six caps covering high-efficiency, HVLP, and conventional atomization across basecoat, clearcoat, primer, and UV primer applications. The large array of fluid nozzles (1.2mm through 2.5mm) and three needle families offer precise flow rate matching for every material viscosity, from thin waterborne basecoats to thick UV primers. A wide range of kit configurations allows shops to spec exactly the setup they need.

Suitable for all primers including the latest generation waterborne and UV materials. Available as a complete kit with your choice of aluminum or acetal gravity cup, HAV-501 or HAV-555 air inlet gauge, and either the GPG2 HVLP or 7E7 High Efficiency air cap.

Anodized Drop-Forged Aluminum Body Rugged anodized and forged aluminum gun body with lightweight aluminum controls for a long working life — the same construction quality that defines DeVilbiss professional refinishing guns.
Six Air Cap Options — Every Application Covered High-efficiency (7E7, GPG1), HVLP (GPG2, PR30), and conventional (C86, C30) caps cover basecoats, clearcoats, primers, and UV primers. Each delivers optimized atomization for its specific material category and viscosity range.
Ultra High Flow Fluid Nozzles Seven HE/HVLP nozzle sizes (1.2–2.2mm), three conventional nozzle sizes (1.4–1.8mm), five primer nozzle sizes (1.4–2.5mm), and UV primer nozzles. Three needle families match every nozzle range.
Smooth Air Valve — Greater Blend Control Robust and smooth air valve design provides greater air and paint control to help ease fade-outs and blend-ins — critical for seamless spot repair and panel-to-panel blending on complex refinish jobs.
