The Wagner PEM-X1 is a lightweight corona manual powder coating spray gun at just 490 grams, delivering up to 450 g/min with a stable 100kV high-power cascade that handles even difficult-to-charge powders like effects and acrylics.

Available as flat spray (2322587) for wide coverage, round spray with deflector cones (2335844) for complex shapes, or the complete Spray Pack (2467124) with control unit, injector, and hose set.

Integrated remote trigger adjusts powder quantity without returning to the control unit. Double-click for instant recipe switching. Pairs with the EPG Sprint XE with Wagner AFC technology across up to 50 stored recipes.
