Overview
The Wagner PEM-X1 CG is the cup-fed variant of the PEM-X1, designed for operations where portability, fast color changes, and small-batch flexibility matter more than high-volume output. At 530 grams (without cup), it delivers 200 g/min with the same 100kV cascade as the standard PEM-X1.
The cup change concept is the key advantage: swap the powder cup, purge briefly, spray the next color. No hose flushing, no hopper cleaning. Stock individual cups (2324139) or 5-packs (2324140) for pre-loading multiple colors.
Available as gun only (2322588) or the complete Sprint 2 Case Set (2467115) with EPG Sprint XE control, cable, and carrying case that doubles as a stand.

Cup gun vs. standard PEM-X1?
The CG draws powder from a cup on the gun (200 g/min) vs. the standard PEM-X1 which draws from a hopper/box via powder hose (450 g/min). Same cascade, same nozzle ecosystem. The CG trades output volume for portability and instant color changes.
What is in the case set?
The Sprint 2 Case Set (2467115) includes the PEM-X1 CG cup gun, EPG Sprint XE control unit with AFC, gun cable, and carrying case that doubles as a stand system. Plug in and start coating.
Same nozzles and accessories?
Yes. The CG accepts the same flat spray nozzles, electrode holders, deflector cones (D18/D25/D34), CoronaStar, nozzle extensions, and protective wedges as the standard PEM-X1.
