Description
Integrating robot powder coating? CET helps you spec the right mount, cable, and nozzle configuration for your robot.
Overview
Robot-Ready.
X1 Platform.
Single or Twin.
The Wagner PER-X1 is the robot-mount variant of the X1 gun family, designed for robot-based powder coating production environments. It shares the same 100kV cascade, up to 450 g/min output, and full X1 nozzle ecosystem as the PEA-X1 automatic and PEM-X1 manual guns.
What makes the PER-X1 different: robot-specific mounting brackets in single and twin configurations (inside and outside orientations), shorter cables designed for robot arm routing, and robot-specific adapters for platforms like Lesta and FANUC CRX10iA.
Ships with flat spray nozzle F1 (2420243). Add round spray deflector cones, CoronaStar, extensions, angled nozzles, or HC variants from the shared X1 accessory ecosystem.

Robot Mounting
6 Bracket Configurations
Inside = nozzle points toward robot arm centerline. Outside = nozzle points outward. Twin = two guns on one robot. Brackets ordered separately.
| Configuration | Part No. | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Single Inside (SI) | 2434364 | Single gun, nozzle inward |
| Single Outside (SO) | 2434468 | Single gun, nozzle outward |
| Single Outside (Lesta) | 2434683 | For Lesta robots |
| Single Outside (CRX10iA) | 2448589 | For FANUC CRX10iA cobots |
| Twin Inside (TI) | 2434467 | Dual gun, nozzles inward |
| Twin Outside (TO) | 2434678 | Dual gun, nozzles outward |
Not sure which mount? Inside mounts are typical for booth robots spraying inward. Outside mounts are for robots that approach the workpiece from the exterior. Twin doubles throughput from a single robot. Call CET at 586-210-0555 with your robot model and booth layout for a recommendation.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
PER-X1 vs. PEA-X1?
Same gun platform. PER-X1 uses robot-specific brackets (SI/SO/TI/TO) and shorter cables (2.5m/6m) for robot arm routing. PEA-X1 uses gun holders and XL extensions for reciprocators with longer cables (0.5m–20m).
Which robot mount do I need?
Depends on your robot model and booth layout. Inside (SI/TI) for booth robots spraying inward. Outside (SO/TO) for robots approaching from exterior. Lesta and FANUC CRX10iA have dedicated adapters. Call CET at 586-210-0555 for guidance.
Can I run twin guns on one robot?
Yes. Twin Inside (TI, 2434467) and Twin Outside (TO, 2434678) brackets mount two PER-X1 guns on a single robot arm. Each gun requires its own cable and control channel.
Same nozzles as PEM-X1?
Yes. Full X1 nozzle ecosystem is shared: flat spray, deflector cones, CoronaStar, extensions, angled nozzles, cross-spray, HC variants, and double adapter. One accessory inventory for all X1 guns.
What cables does the PER-X1 use?
2.5m (2422871) and 6m (2422870). These are PER-X1-specific cables designed for robot arm routing — different from the longer PEA-X1 cables. Ordered separately.
Where are spare parts?
The PER-X1 shares the X1 parts platform with the PEA-X1. View the PEA-X1/PER-X1 spare parts page for nozzles, electrode holders, and gun body components. Contact CET for robot brackets and PER-specific cables.
