The Trophy HVLP Platform

Why HVLP?

Binks Trophy HVLP (High Volume, Low Pressure) spray guns atomize at low cap pressure to deliver high transfer efficiency and dramatically reduced overspray. HVLP is the compliant-gun standard — meeting transfer-efficiency requirements in regulated air districts while putting more material on the part and less into the air.

CET stocks the full HVLP range in gravity, pressure and siphon feed, with 31-H, 32-H, 33-H and 39-H air caps and fluid nozzles from 0.85 to 1.8mm. Pre-matched starter kits are available in gravity (2466-HV1) and pressure (2465-HV1) feed.
