Overview

HVLP Output.
Small-Compressor
Friendly.

The C.A. Technologies Lynx 100H (L100H) is a high quality general purpose pressure feed HVLP sprayer. All stainless steel fluid passages and a forged aluminum body make it at home with everything from inks and stains through heavy body primers and high solid coatings.

What sets the 100H apart is its air cap range: set it up with the low-volume 21-1090 cap and it atomizes on just 6 CFM at 15 PSI — small enough for portable compressors and on-site jobs — or step up through nine caps to 22.5 SCFM production atomization at 50 PSI.

Because it is pressure fed from a remote cup or tank, the gun itself stays light and sprays at any angle. CET stocks 61 factory configurations from 0.8mm to 1.7mm, plus every spare part. US made in Louisville, CO.

Why the 100H

One HVLP Gun From Job Site to Production Line

Runs On 6 CFM

With the 21-1090 air cap the 100H atomizes on 6 CFM at 15 PSI — genuinely usable with small portable compressors, which makes it a favorite for on-site and field work.

Nine Air Cap Options

From 6 CFM portability caps to 22.5 SCFM production caps, the same gun scales with your compressor and your finish requirements.

All Stainless Fluid Passages

Full chemical resistance to lacquers, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, and waterborne coatings. No corrosion or degradation over extended production use.

Pressure Feed Consistency

Material is pushed from a remote cup or tank, so fluid delivery stays constant regardless of gun angle or how much material is left — and the gun stays light without a cup hanging off it.

HVLP Efficiency

High volume, low pressure atomization puts more coating on the part and less in the air than conventional spraying — less overspray, less booth cleanup, less wasted material.

Outfit Flexibility

Runs from 1-quart pressure cups, 2-quart outfits, or 2.5 to 15 gallon pressure tanks — call or text 586-210-0555 and CET will spec the complete outfit.

Choose Your Gun

Two questions pick the gun: what are you spraying (left column) and how much air do you have (the three bands). Options run narrow to wide by the factory’s maximum pattern width — wider covers faster, narrower gives more control. Click an option to open that gun. Not sure? Call or text 586-210-0555.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Lynx 100H best for?

General purpose HVLP spraying across the full viscosity range — inks and stains at 0.8mm through heavy body primers and high solid coatings at 1.7mm. Its low-CFM air cap options make it one of the few full-size production guns that also works on-site from a small portable compressor.

How do I pick between all the configurations?

Answer two questions. What are you spraying? That sets the nozzle size. How much air do you have? That sets the air cap — the Choose Your Gun selector above groups every configuration into small-compressor, mid-size, and production air bands so you never have to decode cap numbers. Within a band, pick the fan width that fits your parts. Or skip all of it and call or text 586-210-0555.

Do I need a cup or a tank to run it?

The 100H is pressure fed from a remote source: a 1-quart pressure cup, a 2-quart outfit, or a 2.5 to 15 gallon pressure tank. CET will spec the complete outfit for your production volume — call or text 586-210-0555.

What does the F suffix on some nozzle sizes mean?

The 0.8F, 1.2F, and 1.4F models are factory fluid-tip variants of the same orifice sizes. Unsure which your material calls for? Contact CET at 586-210-0555 before you order.

Where do I find spare parts?

Every replacement part — needles, nozzles, air caps, packings, springs — is indexed with the exploded diagram on the Lynx L100H Spare Parts & Breakdown page. CET stocks parts for same-day shipment.

Is the Lynx 100H made in the USA?

Yes. Like the rest of the Lynx family, the 100H is manufactured by C.A. Technologies in Louisville, Colorado, and CET is an authorized distributor with full factory support.
