The C.A. Technologies Lynx 200H (L200H) is the HVLP member of the Lynx 200 corrosion-control series: a pressure feed sprayer built for protective coatings in harsh environments, that also complies with all HVLP regulations.

All stainless steel fluid passages shrug off aggressive solvents, catalyzed epoxies, and waterborne corrosion-control coatings, while the self-adjusting needle packing keeps the trigger sealed through long production days without manual re-tightening.

Six factory air caps let it run from 18 CFM at 29 PSI up to 26 CFM high-output setups, across 1.1mm to 2.2mm nozzles. CET stocks 8 factory configurations, repair kit 10-106, and every spare part. US made in Louisville, CO.

What is the Lynx 200H best for?

HVLP corrosion control: zinc-rich primers, marine and structural steel coatings, tank linings, and industrial maintenance coatings — anywhere protective coatings meet HVLP requirements, from regulated air districts to facilities that spec HVLP for material savings.

How is it different from the Lynx 200C?

Same corrosion-control platform, different atomization. The L200C is conventional — maximum break-up power at up to 80 PSI. The 200H is HVLP — regulation-compliant, higher transfer efficiency, less overspray. If compliance or material cost drives the job, choose the 200H.

What compressor does it need?

Its caps draw 18 to 26 CFM continuously — this is a production gun that wants a 5 HP two-stage compressor or larger. For intermittent touch-up a smaller machine with recovery time may work. Call or text 586-210-0555 with your compressor specs before ordering.

What is self-adjusting needle packing?

The packing around the fluid needle maintains its own compression as it wears, keeping the trigger sealed through long production days — no manual packing-nut adjustment, no mid-shift fluid leaks at the needle.

What do the asterisk caps (1046, 1083) require?

The 22-1046 and 22-1083 high-output caps are used with matched 32-02XX fluid nozzle tips. The factory configurations CET sells (for example L200H-14-1046) come correctly matched — if you are converting an existing gun, call 586-210-0555 and we will spec the tip.
