The DeVilbiss DV1 Clearcoat introduces a step change in atomization by optimizing air velocity while maximizing fluid flow simultaneously — producing an even distribution of fine, uniformly sized particles that wet up a surface easily and hang flawlessly on vertical panels. Sprayers will instantly see an improved Distinctness of Image (DOI) and an overall brilliance in the reflective, mirror-like clearcoat finish.

Higher application speeds at lower pressures enhance overall productivity and efficiency. The DV1 Clearcoat is available in a single kit configuration — Kit 704521 — which uniquely includes both the DV1-C1+ and DV1-C2+ HVLP Plus air caps, three fluid tips (1.2, 1.3, and 1.4mm), the Digital DGI PRO Air Gauge, and DPC Adapter. It is the only DV1 kit that ships with two air caps.

Both C-series caps are also available individually for replacement or to add to an existing setup. The full DV1-C fluid tip range from 1.0mm to 1.4mm is available separately. DV1-C tips are not interchangeable with DV1-B basecoat tips.

Digital Gauge for Exact Pressure Control The same Digital DGI PRO gauge as the DV1 Basecoat — eye-level inlet pressure readings for consistent results across every vehicle, every technician, and every booth session.

Fluid Tips

DV1-C Fluid Tips — Full Range

DV1-C tips are engineered for clearcoat viscosities and are not interchangeable with DV1-B basecoat tips. All share the DV1-300 Needle (704416). Tips in bold are included in Kit 704521.

Important: Always confirm you are ordering DV1-C tips for the Clearcoat gun — they are different from DV1-B basecoat tips.
