• Application Viscosity at 20°C: 18 - 20 seconds DIN4
• Reducer at 20°C Material Temperature:
  • When mixed with MS hardener: 10%
  • When mixed with HS hardener: 20%
• Gun Set-Up:
  • Compliant Setup: 1.3mm – 1.4mm tip, 2.0 - 2.5 bar inlet pressure
  • HVLP Setup: 1.3mm – 1.4mm tip, 0.7 bar atomization pressure

Application Guidelines:

• Number of Coats: 2 coats
• Flash-Off Time: 5 - 10 minutes between coats
• Low Opacity Colors: May require 1-2 additional coats after 5 - 10 minutes flash-off.
• Recommended Dry Film Thickness: 50 - 60 µm
• Recoatability: Permacron® MS Automotive Top Coat 730 can be recoated within 24 hours without intermediate sanding.
