  • Gun Set-Up:
    • Compliant Setup: 1.3mm – 1.5mm tip, 2.0 - 2.5 bar inlet pressure
    • HVLP Setup: 1.3mm – 1.5mm tip, 0.7 bar atomization pressure
    • Membrane Pump Setup:
      • Atomization Pressure: 1.1mm tip, 2.0 - 2.5 bar
      • Material Pressure: 1.1mm tip, 0.8 - 1.2 bar

Application Guidelines

  • Number of Coats: 2 closed coats
  • Flash-Off Time:
    • Intermediate Flash-Off: 10 minutes - 15 minutes
    • Before Bake: 15 minutes - 20 minutes
