Walther Pilot has released a brand new version of their very popular 2-component spray gun, The PILOT III-2K. This new versions has a number of functional improvements that will help improve its performance and lifespan. Two of these updates are laid out below.

STAINLESS STEEL INSERT FOR B-COMPONENT

Below you can see the new stainless steel insert for the B-component fitting. The insert is inside the gun the B-Component fitting threads into it. This new design will drastically improve the lifespan of this part of the gun when used with hard adhesives.

STAINLESS STEEL BUSHING IN BACK OF GUN

Here you can see the the newly designed stainless steel bushing in the rear of the gun. This is another improvement that will greatly increase the lifespan of the needle assembly in the rear of the gun.
