Overview

One Gun.
Every Coating.

The C.A. Technologies Lynx L100C is a high-quality general-purpose conventional spray gun engineered for versatile applications across pressure feed, siphon feed, and internal mix configurations.

With all stainless steel fluid passages, compatibility with carbide-tipped and internal mix nozzles, and a selection of 21 air caps, the Lynx 100C handles everything from very thin inks and dyes to ultra-heavy body adhesives and high solid industrial coatings.

Built in the USA on a forged aluminum body — lightweight, durable, and production-ready at 50 PSI max.

Why Choose the Lynx 100C?

Built for
Production Finishing.

Heavy Industrial Coatings Heavy body primers, high solid enamels, and automotive coatings — especially with 1.8mm–2.8mm orifice and pressure feed.
Abrasive Materials Carbide-tipped fluid nozzle options resist premature wear when spraying abrasive or particle-laden coatings.
Full Viscosity Range From very thin inks at 0.8mm siphon to ultra-heavy adhesives at 2.8mm internal mix — all in a single gun platform.
Internal Mix Applications 21-200 and 21-2201 internal mix air caps enable spraying of latex and materials that can't be atomized externally.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Lynx 100C best for?

A general purpose conventional air spray gun for production use across industrial finishing, automotive refinishing, woodworking, and adhesive application. Handles materials from very thin inks to ultra-heavy body adhesives.

Siphon feed vs. pressure feed?

Siphon feed draws material up from a cup below the gun. Pressure feed pushes material under regulated pressure from a cup or pot. Pressure feed delivers more consistent flow on heavier materials and at higher production volumes.

What does internal mix mean?

Air and fluid combine inside the air cap before exiting the gun. Used for materials that can’t be atomized by conventional external mix caps — including very heavy body coatings, latex finishes, and architectural materials.

What fluid nozzle size do I need?

Very thin materials: 0.8mm–1.0mm. Thin to medium: 1.0mm–1.5mm. Heavy body and adhesives: 1.8mm–2.8mm. Contact CET with your material type and viscosity if unsure.

What repair kit does the Lynx 100C use?

All Lynx 100C configurations use repair kit 10-106 — includes all wear seals, o-rings, springs, and needle seal components for a complete rebuild.
