The FE-Line Fine Finish (FEFF) is C.A. Technologies' lightweight ergonomic HVLP pressure feed spray gun, designed around the technology of the CAT SLP. The 0.8mm setup (FEFF-08-1308) pairs the 23-1308 air cap with the 33-0208 fluid tip and 40-1808 needle — the configuration C.A. Technologies recommends for stains and dyes. The low inlet pressure of just 29 PSI combined with the precision 0.8mm orifice eliminates haloing and motting, making this the go-to setup for wood finishing, spray staining, and fine dye applications.
The FEFF's patented 12 Point Plenum design creates a more balanced, even cone of air as fluid is atomized — producing more uniform particles and a flatter, more consistent finish compared to conventional HVLP designs.
