The Lynx 100C (L100C) is C.A. Technologies' high quality general purpose conventional spray gun, available in both pressure and siphon feed configurations. The L100C-18-2266-3 setup pairs the 31-0618 fluid nozzle (1.8mm) with the 21-2266-3 pressure air cap — the highest-output pressure configuration in the standard 0.6–1.8mm range at 16.2 CFM and a full 15" pattern. The 1.8mm orifice makes this the maximum-fluid-volume version of the 21-2266-3 setup, delivering heavy body coating throughput at full production speed.

Built with a forged aluminum body and all stainless steel fluid passages, the Lynx 100C delivers conventional air spray dependability across a wide range of coatings and industries. Its broad air cap selection — covering siphon feed, pressure feed, and internal mix configurations — makes it one of the most versatile conventional spray guns in the C.A. Technologies lineup.

Best for This Setup

The L100C-18-2266-3 is the heavy-fluid counterpart to the L100C-12-2266-3 — same 21-2266-3 air cap delivering the maximum 16.2 CFM and 15" pattern in the pressure feed lineup, but with the 1.8mm orifice opened up to handle thick, heavy body coatings that would restrict or starve through a 1.2mm or 1.3mm nozzle. This is the right configuration for industrial and automotive production environments running heavy body epoxy primers, high-build sealers, urethane coatings, and thick industrial enamels through a pressure pot or pressure cup system where you need both maximum fluid volume and maximum pattern width in a single pass. The 1.8mm stainless nozzle flows viscous materials freely without the pressure drop and spatter issues that come from forcing heavy body coatings through an undersized orifice, while the 21-2266-3's 16.2 CFM ensures the material is fully atomized across the full 15" fan.
