The Lynx 100C (L100C) is C.A. Technologies' high quality general purpose conventional spray gun, available in both pressure and siphon feed configurations. The L100C-08-1590 setup pairs the 31-0607 fluid nozzle (0.8mm) with the 21-1590 siphon air cap — the smallest orifice available on the Lynx 100C paired with a low-CFM air cap. This configuration is designed for very thin materials including inks, dyes, and stains in applications where reduced air consumption or low atomization pressure is a requirement.

Built with a forged aluminum body and all stainless steel fluid passages, the Lynx 100C delivers conventional air spray dependability across a wide range of coatings and industries. Its broad air cap selection — covering siphon feed, pressure feed, and internal mix configurations — makes it one of the most versatile conventional spray guns in the C.A. Technologies lineup.

The L100C-08-1590 is the finest-orifice, lowest-air-demand configuration in the Lynx 100C siphon feed lineup — the right choice when you're working with very thin materials like inks, water-based dyes, and penetrating stains and either your compressor capacity is limited or your application requires low atomization pressure to avoid disturbing the substrate or causing excessive misting. The 0.8mm orifice inherently restricts fluid flow to a fine, controlled stream, making it ideal for applications where precise material metering matters as much as pattern coverage — decorative wood finishing with penetrating stains, light ink marking applications, or any scenario where overspray and material waste are significant concerns. The 21-1590 low-CFM air cap keeps air draw to a minimum while still producing a usable conventional spray pattern. If you're currently running a 0.8mm setup with a higher-CFM air cap and experiencing excess mist, bounce-back on porous surfaces, or compressor recovery issues, the L100C-08-1590 is the lower-demand alternative to evaluate.
