The Lynx 100C (L100C) is C.A. Technologies' high quality general purpose conventional spray gun, available in both pressure and siphon feed configurations. The L100C-08-2466 setup pairs the 31-0607 fluid nozzle (0.8mm) with the 21-2466 siphon air cap — delivering 15 CFM and a 13" pattern at 50 PSI. The fine 0.8mm orifice with the high-output 21-2466 makes this the highest-air-volume configuration available for very thin materials on the Lynx 100C siphon lineup, combining maximum pattern coverage with the precision fluid control that a small orifice provides on inks, dyes, and penetrating stains.

Built with a forged aluminum body and all stainless steel fluid passages, the Lynx 100C delivers conventional air spray dependability across a wide range of coatings and industries. Its broad air cap selection — covering siphon feed, pressure feed, and internal mix configurations — makes it one of the most versatile conventional spray guns in the C.A. Technologies lineup.

Best for This Setup

The L100C-08-2466 is the high-output counterpart to the low-CFM L100C-08-1590 — same 0.8mm orifice, but with the 21-2466 pushing 15 CFM for maximum production coverage on very thin materials. Where the 08-1590 is optimized for sensitive substrates and restricted air supply, the L100C-08-2466 is the right choice when your compressor can support 15 CFM and you need to cover ground quickly. The 13" pattern at 0.8mm fluid flow is particularly well suited to high-speed stain application on wood cabinets, millwork, or flooring — you get the wide coverage of the 21-2466 without the fluid flooding risk that comes with stepping up to a 1.0mm or larger orifice on very thin, fast-penetrating materials. It's also a strong configuration for industrial ink and dye marking applications where pattern width and throughput matter more than the air conservation benefits of the 1590 series. If your 0.8mm setup with a lower-CFM air cap is limiting your production speed and your air supply can handle 15 CFM, the L100C-08-2466 is the direct upgrade path.
