The Lynx 100C (L100C) is C.A. Technologies' high quality general purpose conventional spray gun, available in both pressure and siphon feed configurations. The L100C-15-2266 setup pairs the 31-0615 fluid nozzle (1.5mm) with the 21-2266 siphon air cap — delivering 12 CFM and a 10" pattern at 50 PSI. The 1.5mm orifice flows medium body enamels, primers, and sealers freely through a controlled siphon feed setup, making it a strong choice for operators who need more fluid throughput than the 1.2mm provides but prefer the tighter 10" pattern of the 21-2266 over the wider patterns of the 21-2366 or 21-2466.

Built with a forged aluminum body and all stainless steel fluid passages, the Lynx 100C delivers conventional air spray dependability across a wide range of coatings and industries. Its broad air cap selection — covering siphon feed, pressure feed, and internal mix configurations — makes it one of the most versatile conventional spray guns in the C.A. Technologies lineup.

Best for This Setup

The L100C-15-2266 is the right choice when you need the fluid volume of a 1.5mm orifice through a siphon feed setup, but a 10" pattern width is preferable over the wider 13–14" patterns delivered by the 21-2366 and 21-2466. The tighter 10" fan of the 21-2266 at 12 CFM is particularly useful for spraying medium body enamels and primers onto smaller components, cabinets, trim work, or any application where a wide pattern would mean excessive overspray on adjacent surfaces. It's also a practical choice for operators running a smaller compressor who want the 1.5mm fluid flow — enough to handle medium-viscosity coatings without starving — while keeping air draw at 12 CFM rather than the 15 CFM required by the 21-2466. If you're currently using a 1.2mm setup with the 21-2266 and finding it restricts fluid flow on your material, stepping up to the 1.5mm nozzle in the same air cap is the logical and low-disruption path.
