The Lynx 100C (L100C) is C.A. Technologies' high quality general purpose conventional spray gun, available in both pressure and siphon feed configurations. The L100C-15-2466 setup pairs the 31-0615 fluid nozzle (1.5mm) with the 21-2466 siphon air cap — a high-output configuration well suited for medium to heavy viscosity materials including automotive base coat, enamels, primers, high solid clears, and adhesives, delivering a 13" maximum pattern at 15 CFM.

Built with a forged aluminum body and all stainless steel fluid passages, the Lynx 100C delivers conventional air spray dependability across a wide range of coatings and industries. Its broad air cap selection — covering siphon feed, pressure feed, and internal mix configurations — makes it one of the most versatile conventional spray guns in the C.A. Technologies lineup.

The L100C-15-2466 bridges the gap between medium and heavy-viscosity siphon feed applications. The 21-2466 air cap delivers the highest CFM (15) and one of the widest patterns (13") available in the siphon feed range, making it well matched to materials that need more fluid volume to lay down a consistent wet film — thick enamels, high-build primers, and adhesives that would starve or spatter through a smaller orifice at siphon feed pressures. The 1.5mm stainless tip gives you enough orifice area to maintain smooth fluid delivery without jumping to the 1.8mm range, which is useful when you want more flow than a 1.2mm or 1.3mm provides but still need manageable viscosity control on medium-body materials. A particularly good fit for production woodworking, metal fabrication, and general industrial finishing where siphon feed and high output are both required.
