100 Series Conventional General Purpose | Internal Mix | US Made

The Lynx 100C (L100C) is C.A. Technologies' high quality general purpose conventional spray gun, available in pressure, siphon, and internal mix feed configurations. The L100C-18-201 setup pairs the 31-0618 fluid nozzle (1.8mm) with the 21-200 internal mix air cap — combining air and fluid inside the air cap before exit for materials that cannot be properly atomized by external mix configurations. The 1.8mm orifice makes this the smaller of the two internal mix setups available on the Lynx 100C, suited for heavy body materials where slightly less fluid throughput than the 2.2mm 21-2201 configuration is preferred.

Note: The 21-200 internal mix air cap requires the 21-1583 base and 21-1584 ring for proper installation. Built with a forged aluminum body and all stainless steel fluid passages, the Lynx 100C delivers conventional spray dependability across a wide range of coatings and industries.

Best for This Setup

The L100C-18-201 is the internal mix counterpart to the L100C-22-201 — same atomization method, smaller orifice. Where the 21-2201 with a 2.2mm nozzle is designed for maximum fluid throughput on the heaviest body materials, the 21-200 with a 1.8mm nozzle gives you internal mix atomization with slightly more fluid control, making it a better fit when your material is viscous enough to require internal mix but doesn't need the full 2.2mm opening to maintain adequate flow. This setup is also the one to reach for if you're converting an existing gun from a Binks 200-style internal mix air cap — the 21-200 is a direct functional replacement for the Binks 200, making it a straightforward drop-in for shops already familiar with that configuration. As with the 21-2201, the 21-1583 base and 21-1584 ring are required accessories for installation. Air consumption is just 5.2 CFM, keeping this configuration accessible for smaller compressor setups even when spraying heavy industrial coatings.
