The Lynx 100C (L100C) is C.A. Technologies' high quality general purpose conventional spray gun, available in both pressure and siphon feed configurations. The L100C-18-2366 setup pairs the 31-0618 fluid nozzle (1.8mm) with the 21-2366 siphon air cap — a medium to heavy viscosity configuration delivering a wide 14" pattern width at 12 CFM. Well suited for automotive base coat, enamels, primers, epoxies, urethanes, and clear coat where the larger 1.8mm orifice handles heavier body materials while maintaining excellent siphon feed performance.

Built with a forged aluminum body and all stainless steel fluid passages, the Lynx 100C delivers conventional air spray dependability across a wide range of coatings and industries. Its broad air cap selection — covering siphon feed, pressure feed, and internal mix configurations — makes it one of the most versatile conventional spray guns in the C.A. Technologies lineup.

Best for This Setup

The L100C-18-2366 is well suited for operators who need the fluid volume of a 1.8mm orifice in a siphon feed setup but prefer a wider 14" pattern over the 13" delivered by the 21-2466. The 21-2366 runs at 12 CFM — slightly lower air consumption than the 21-2466 — which can be an advantage when working with materials that are sensitive to over-atomization or when the compressor setup benefits from reduced draw. The 1.8mm stainless nozzle handles medium to heavy body materials including thick automotive base coats, epoxy primers, urethanes, and high-viscosity enamels without restriction, making this a strong choice for body shop and industrial refinishing applications where siphon feed is preferred and a wide, high-coverage pattern is needed without the higher CFM demand of the 21-2466.
