The Lynx 100C (L100C) is C.A. Technologies' high quality general purpose conventional spray gun, available in both pressure and siphon feed configurations. The L100C-18-2466 setup pairs the 31-0618 fluid nozzle (1.8mm) with the 21-2466 siphon air cap — delivering 15 CFM and a 13" pattern at 50 PSI. This is the maximum-output siphon feed configuration for the 0.6–1.8mm fluid tip range, combining the largest standard stainless steel orifice with the highest-CFM siphon air cap to handle heavy body coatings, thick primers, and adhesives at production speed.

Built with a forged aluminum body and all stainless steel fluid passages, the Lynx 100C delivers conventional air spray dependability across a wide range of coatings and industries. Its broad air cap selection — covering siphon feed, pressure feed, and internal mix configurations — makes it one of the most versatile conventional spray guns in the C.A. Technologies lineup.

Best for This Setup

The L100C-18-2466 is the peak siphon feed configuration in the standard stainless steel Lynx 100C lineup — the 1.8mm orifice is the largest available in the 17-4PH stainless range, and the 21-2466 is the highest-CFM siphon air cap. Together they deliver the maximum siphon fluid volume and atomization energy you can get from this gun without stepping into carbide nozzles or pressure feed. This setup is well suited for heavy body industrial coatings including high-build epoxy primers, thick sealers, and production adhesives where siphon cup or siphon tank supply is preferred and the 1.5mm setups don't deliver adequate flow. It's also a natural fit for operators who need the convenience of siphon feed but are spraying materials that would typically require pressure feed — if the material is viscous enough to siphon freely through an 1.8mm tip, the L100C-18-2466 delivers pressure-comparable output without the setup overhead of a pressure pot. If your 1.5mm siphon setup is starving on heavy body material or you're seeing inconsistent spray at the tail of each cup fill, stepping up to the 1.8mm orifice in the same 21-2466 air cap is the direct solution.
