The Sprint 2 system utilizes the same dependable PEM-X1 spray gun and improves it with the new WACON Sprint 2 XE controller for optimum powder preparation, consistent results and exceptional quality.

New venturi nozzle reduces powder velocity, improving the finish
Quick-Link injector provides constant powder flow with optimized collector and updated nozzles
Fixed suction lance improves fluidization and suction

Perfect Results, Quick and Easy

The added Quick-Link injector allows for all powder and air hoses to be detached or reattached with one hand. Cleaning and color changes have been sped up with an updated lance. The integrated scraper ring on the swivel arm cleans the exterior of the lance, while the redesigned housing helps prevent powder from getting stuck in hard to clean places.

The high-precision WAGNER Air Flow Control (AFC) technology provides a closed control loop and permanently measures/regulates air volume during the coating process. This technology produces a uniform powder cloud for high-quality coating results.
