Wagner Fluidized Bed — Genuine SPRINT Hopper Spare Part (264382) WEAR PART
The fluidized bed is the porous membrane plate in the base of the SPRINT 25L and 60L hoppers — the part that actually fluidizes the powder, bleeding air evenly up through the whole bed.
A blinded or oil-contaminated fluidized bed is the classic cause of dead spots and surging feed: powder sits in clumps instead of boiling gently. If fluidizing looks uneven with clean dry air supplied, the bed is due.
