Configuration Detail
B719 — At a Glance
|
Fluid Tip 0.019” orifice · 70° angle · ~14” pattern Maximum-width configuration for 0.019” — ~36 oz/min at 1000 PSI with 14” coverage for very heavy industrial coatings on the widest flat panels. Same fluid delivery as B419 and B619. Field-replaceable tip. |
Air Cap AAA HVLP air cap · ≤18 PSI at handle Same air cap as all Bobcat configurations. At 0.019” with very heavy materials, the AAA air assist refines atomization at maximum fan width. Settings from B419 and B619 carry directly to B719 on the same material. |
Gun Type AAA Air Assist Airless · 1500 PSI max Requires AAA pump (e.g., Peak 14:1). Very heavy materials at 0.019” typically run at 800–1200 PSI. The 70° angle does not affect pressure requirements from B419 or B619. |

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
|
How does B719 compare to B619 and B419? All three use the same 0.019” orifice and deliver ~36 oz/min at identical pressure. B419 = 40° for 8”; B619 = 60° for 12”; B719 = 70° for 14”. No pressure adjustment needed when switching between any of them on the same material. B719 is the maximum-width endpoint of the 0.019” series — 75% wider per pass than the B419 at the same fluid delivery and pressure settings. |
Can I carry my B419 or B619 settings over to the B719? Yes — fluid pressure and air pressure settings transfer directly from B419 or B619 to B719 when spraying the same material. The 70° angle changes only fan geometry. Swap the tip and jump from 8” or 12” to 14” coverage per pass with no other adjustments needed. |
|
What if I need more output at 14” fan width? The B721 uses 0.021” at 70° for 14” at ~45 oz/min — same angle, same fan, 25% more fluid delivery. Step up to B721 when B719 is consistently under-delivering for your material viscosity. Call or text 586-210-0555 to confirm before ordering. |
What is the difference between B719 and B717? Both use 70° for a 14” fan. B717 = 0.017” at ~29 oz/min for heavy industrial primers and high-solid coatings. B719 = 0.019” at ~36 oz/min for very heavy materials where 0.017” is under-delivering. Same fan width, higher fluid output. Call or text 586-210-0555 to confirm the right orifice for your material. |

What repair kit does the Bobcat use? 10-137 covers routine maintenance — all o-rings and the seat. 10-138 is the complete kit adding the air valve assembly and needle seal cartridge. CET stocks both for same-day shipment. Most in-stock orders ship same day — stocked at C.A. Technologies’ Colorado facility. |
Where can I find the Bobcat parts manual? The full parts manual with exploded diagram, tip flow chart, and all replacement part numbers is available via the download button below. CET includes documentation with every order. |
