Overview

B419 Output.
Maximum 14” Width.

The Bobcat B719 takes the 0.019” orifice to its widest point in the Bobcat system — a 70° angle producing a 14” pattern at ~36 oz/min at 1000 PSI. It delivers the same high-output fluid delivery as the B419 and B619, extended to the maximum fan width the Bobcat lineup offers.

The B719 is the widest-fan configuration for very heavy industrial primers, high-solid epoxy coatings, and heavy-body industrial materials that require 0.019” orifice delivery. When very wide flat panels, full-width sheet metal, and high-throughput production lines need both heavy-body fluid output and maximum 14” fan width in the same pass, the B719 is the configuration. At ~36 oz/min and 14” coverage, it sits just below the B721 at 0.021” in the 70° group and above the B717 at 0.017”.

Switching from B419 or B619 to the B719 carries the same pressure settings forward with no adjustment on the same material. Call or text 586-210-0555 to confirm the right angle and orifice for your substrate and material before ordering.

Why This Configuration?

High Output.
Maximum Width Efficiency.

Very Heavy Coatings on the Widest Panels Full-width metal panels, very large sheet stock, and wide structural flat surfaces where very heavy industrial primers and high-solid coatings at 0.019” need the maximum available 14” fan width for per-pass efficiency.
B419 / B619 Users on Widest Work Operations already running B419 on components or B619 on large flat panels that have moved to the widest flat panel production — same material, same pressure, same air draw. Swap the tip to the 36-719 and maximize fan width per pass.
Step Up from B717 for Heavier Materials Operations where the B717 at 0.017” is under-delivering fluid for your material viscosity at production rates, and 14” fan width is still required — the B719 at 0.019” provides 24% more fluid delivery at the same 70° angle.
Maximum 0.019” Width Efficiency The B719 delivers 14” per pass — 75% more width than the B419 at 8” with the same ~36 oz/min delivery. The widest and most efficient configuration in the 0.019” group.

Configuration Detail

B719 — At a Glance

Fluid Tip

36-719

0.019” orifice · 70° angle · ~14” pattern

Maximum-width configuration for 0.019” — ~36 oz/min at 1000 PSI with 14” coverage for very heavy industrial coatings on the widest flat panels. Same fluid delivery as B419 and B619. Field-replaceable tip.

Air Cap

26-101

AAA HVLP air cap · ≤18 PSI at handle

Same air cap as all Bobcat configurations. At 0.019” with very heavy materials, the AAA air assist refines atomization at maximum fan width. Settings from B419 and B619 carry directly to B719 on the same material.

Gun Type

AAA

Air Assist Airless · 1500 PSI max

Requires AAA pump (e.g., Peak 14:1). Very heavy materials at 0.019” typically run at 800–1200 PSI. The 70° angle does not affect pressure requirements from B419 or B619.

Other 0.019” Configurations — Same Orifice, Different Spray Angle

ModelAnglePatternBest For
B419 40° 8” Very heavy materials at 8”
B619 60° 12” Very heavy materials on large flat panels at 12”
B719 ← Current 70° 14” Very heavy materials — maximum 14” width

B719 is the widest-fan 0.019” configuration. Step down to B619 for 12” on large flat panels, or B419 for 8” on components. Same material, same pressure. Call or text 586-210-0555 to confirm.

Very Thin Thin Medium Heavy Very Heavy
Who uses this daily Industrial metal finishers running very heavy primers and high-solid epoxy or urethane coatings on the widest flat panels and full-width sheet stock; high-volume production lines where 0.019” fluid delivery and maximum 14” fan width are both needed in the same pass
B719 vs B619 vs B419 All three use 0.019” at ~36 oz/min. B419 = 40° for 8” — components and narrower panels. B619 = 60° for 12” — large flat panels. B719 = 70° for 14” — maximum fan width. No pressure adjustment needed switching between them on the same material. The B719 is 75% wider per pass than the B419.
Fluid pressure guidance Same settings as B419 and B619 — start at 500–700 PSI. Very heavy industrial coatings at 0.019” typically run at 800–1200 PSI. The 70° angle does not change pressure requirements. Do not exceed 1500 PSI.
Compressor sizing Gun draws 6 CFM — most 1.5–3 HP single-stage compressors cover this comfortably. Add pump CFM for total system requirement. Call 586-210-0555 to confirm before ordering.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How does B719 compare to B619 and B419?

All three use the same 0.019” orifice and deliver ~36 oz/min at identical pressure. B419 = 40° for 8”; B619 = 60° for 12”; B719 = 70° for 14”. No pressure adjustment needed when switching between any of them on the same material. B719 is the maximum-width endpoint of the 0.019” series — 75% wider per pass than the B419 at the same fluid delivery and pressure settings.

Can I carry my B419 or B619 settings over to the B719?

Yes — fluid pressure and air pressure settings transfer directly from B419 or B619 to B719 when spraying the same material. The 70° angle changes only fan geometry. Swap the tip and jump from 8” or 12” to 14” coverage per pass with no other adjustments needed.

What if I need more output at 14” fan width?

The B721 uses 0.021” at 70° for 14” at ~45 oz/min — same angle, same fan, 25% more fluid delivery. Step up to B721 when B719 is consistently under-delivering for your material viscosity. Call or text 586-210-0555 to confirm before ordering.

What is the difference between B719 and B717?

Both use 70° for a 14” fan. B717 = 0.017” at ~29 oz/min for heavy industrial primers and high-solid coatings. B719 = 0.019” at ~36 oz/min for very heavy materials where 0.017” is under-delivering. Same fan width, higher fluid output. Call or text 586-210-0555 to confirm the right orifice for your material.

What repair kit does the Bobcat use?

10-137 covers routine maintenance — all o-rings and the seat. 10-138 is the complete kit adding the air valve assembly and needle seal cartridge. CET stocks both for same-day shipment. Most in-stock orders ship same day — stocked at C.A. Technologies’ Colorado facility.
