A pressure-feed mini gun for detail, touch-up and small-part work across automotive, wood and plastics.
Pressure feed, straight to the tip
Compressed air connects at the inlet under the grip. The product is held in a pressure pot or fed by a pump and travels through a hose to the fluid tip, where it is mixed with spraying air controlled from outside the air nozzle — so the gun stays light in the hand however much material you are moving.
Small, light and agile
347 g and 158 x 18 x 165 mm overall — the reduced dimensions make it comfortable over long periods and easy to work into complex or hard-to-reach surfaces.
Interchangeable air caps and nozzles
Mini Aqua, Mini HVLP, Mini EPA and Mini TECH caps share the same gun body, so one gun covers a wide range of coatings — pick the cap for the material, then the nozzle for its viscosity.
ATEX rated for classified areas
Rated II 2G T4 x under Directive 2014/34/UE as non-electric equipment. In explosion-hazard areas the gun must have earthing connections and/or static-free feed hoses.
Ultra Soft Flow valve available
An optional servo-piloted air valve, exclusive to Sagola and offered on the pressure version, cuts the trigger-pull force by more than half to reduce operator fatigue.
