Digital coating assistant: select workpiece geometry, size, structure, thickness, and powder type in 5 steps. Wizard determines the ideal recipe and recommends nozzle, extension, and gun distance.

7" Touchscreen

Intuitive menu navigation replaces the rotary knob. Recipe management, error history, operating hours, maintenance counter, and user management all accessible via touch.

Integrated Powder Scale

Standard vs. Expert?

Standard uses WACON Sprint 2 XE with rotary knob and 50 recipes. Expert upgrades to a 7" touchscreen with Wagner Wizard, powder scale, process documentation, Airclean automated cleaning, and multifunctional head module. Both include AFC and DSO.

Box feed (B) vs. hopper feed (H)?

Box feed draws directly from the original powder box on a vibrating table — simpler color changes, less cleaning. Hopper feed uses 25L or 60L stainless steel tanks for sustained, consistent delivery on high-volume runs. Tanks sold separately for H models.

What is the Wagner Wizard?

Expert-only feature. A guided digital assistant: select workpiece geometry, size, coating structure, thickness, and powder type in 5 steps. The Wizard determines the ideal recipe and recommends nozzle type, extension length, and gun distance. Even inexperienced operators get professional results.

Can I expand to dual gun?

Yes — Sprint 2 B and Expert B W support expansion to a dual gun system with a second swivel arm, injector, gun, and control unit. The Expert head module has space for the second control unit. Sprint 2 H dual expansion available on request. Cup Gun case set is single gun only.
