The Spray Pack (officially the Sprint 2 MPS — Manual Powder Set) bundles the core components you need to build a manual powder coating system. Add your own powder source, compressed air, and workpiece grounding to start coating.

Who Is This For
Spray Pack
vs. Sprint 2 System
The Spray Pack is a component bundle, not a complete system. It gives you the gun, control unit, injector, and hoses — but no trolley, no swivel arm, and no powder feed mechanism. You supply those yourself.
A Sprint 2 B or Sprint 2 H is a complete mobile system with everything on a trolley, including Quick-Link injector with color change coupling. If you want to plug in and start coating, a Sprint 2 system is the easier path.

Expand Your Spray Pack
Add Nozzles & Accessories
The Spray Pack ships with flat spray. All PEM-X1 accessories work with this gun — expand your capability without buying a new gun.
Add Round Spray
Add electrode holder R (2322490) + deflector cones (D18/D25/D34). Swap the front end for 360° pattern on complex shapes.
Alternate Flat Nozzles
Swap the included nozzle for F1 (2420243), cross spray 90° (2428515), or angled nozzles (30°/45°/60°).
CoronaStar
CoronaStar (2322868) plugs in for smoother surfaces and reduced orange peel. No tools, instant improvement.

Spray Pack vs. Sprint 2 system?
The Spray Pack is a component set — gun, control, 6m cable, injector, and hose. No trolley, no powder feed mechanism, no swivel arm. A Sprint 2 B or Sprint 2 H is a complete mobile system. Choose the Spray Pack when building a custom setup or adding to an existing line.
Can I use round spray?
Ships with flat spray. Add electrode holder R (2322490) and deflector cones (D25 recommended to start) to convert. Same gun body — swap the front end.
Which control unit is included?
WACON Sprint 2 X — the base control with AFC, DSO, 50 recipes, and rotary knob. No vibration motor output (use with gravity-fed containers or your own feeder). For touchscreen + Wagner Wizard, look at Sprint 2 Expert systems instead.
Is a gun cable included?
Yes — a 6m gun cable is included. If your workspace requires more distance between gun and control unit, a 15m cable is available separately.
What powder source works?
The PI-F1 injector draws from any open vessel — original powder box, fluid container, or hopper. You supply the container. For vibrating table or fluidized hopper, consider a complete Sprint 2 system instead.
