Find Your Perfect Binks Pressure Tank

ASME-code galvanized & stainless steel pressure tanks from 2 to 60 gallons — matched to your coating, your volume, and your spray setup in four easy steps.

ASME

Every Binks pressure tank is built to ASME code — the standard that OSHA, fire marshals, and insurance underwriters expect under NFPA guidelines. Don't get caught spraying from a non-code vessel.

Build Your Spec in 4 Steps
1 Galvanized or Stainless? +
183G Galvanized

The workhorse for solvent-borne coatings. Galvanized carbon steel with fill port, location lug, and large carry handles. Rated to 110 psi.

183S Stainless Steel

Best chemical resistance in the line — the right choice for waterborne coatings and easy cleanup. Same 110 psi rating, same fill port and handles.

2 Single or Double Regulated? +
Single Regulated

One regulator controls fluid pressure (0–100 psi). Simple and effective when your atomizing air is regulated elsewhere.

Double Regulated

Fluid + atomizing air control at the tank — no pressure blast when you first pull the trigger. Extra-sensitive low-pressure regulators available for fine finishing.

3 Which Agitator? +
Direct Drive

For low-viscosity materials or small volumes. Keeps well-behaved coatings dispersed without over-working them. (Coatings that stay dispersed may need no agitation at all.)

15:1 Gear Reduced

Higher viscosity, larger volumes, or air-entrapment risk — the slow, high-torque stir that keeps heavy coatings uniform without whipping air into them.

4 Top or Bottom Outlet? +
Top Outlet

The standard configuration — fluid draws up through a tube from the tank. Right for most coatings and easiest to clean.

Bottom Outlet Kit

Gravity-assisted feed for high-viscosity or high-cost materials — drain nearly every drop. Kits include sturdy steel legs, fittings, and outlet pipe.

Pick Your Size

Rule of thumb: match the tank to the gallons you spray per 8-hour shift. Every size rated to full working pressure.

Tank Size Holds Best For
2 Gallon ASME 1-gallon pail Touch-ups, samples & short runs — up to 5 gallons per shift. Also available in the budget-friendly PT series. Shop 2 Gal
5 Gallon ASME 5-gallon pail The most popular single-gun setup — drop a 5-gallon pail straight in, spray up to 5–10 gallons per shift. Shop 5 Gal
10 Gallon ASME 5-gallon pail Longer runs with fewer refills — up to 10 gallons per shift without breaking stride. Shop 10 Gal
15 Gallon ASME 5-gallon pail All-day production spraying — up to 15 gallons per shift from one fill. Shop 15 Gal
30 Gallon ASME Bulk fill Big jobs — line striping, multiple guns, up to 30 gallons per shift. Stainless-fitted liners available for waterborne. Shop 30 Gal
60 Gallon ASME Bulk fill Maximum capacity for multi-gun crews and the longest production runs — 60+ gallons per shift. Shop 60 Gal
