About the CAT SLP Gun
The CAT SLP is a HVLP pressure feed spray gun with a range of available air caps, fluid nozzles, and needles for very thin through heavy materials. Actual fluid nozzle and air cap combinations are determined by the application chart in the manual.

- Supports materials ranging from inks, dyes, and stains to heavy body primers, high solids, and adhesives
Operation & Maintenance Notes
Important: Routine cleaning and maintenance are essential to ensure proper gun operation.
- Connect the air supply hose at the handle of the gun.
- Connect a pressurized fluid supply to the gun fluid inlet.
- Control fluid flow with the fluid control knob by limiting needle travel.
- Adjust fan width with the fan control knob. Turning it clockwise narrows the fan.
- Clean the gun using a covered gun cleaner when required by state regulations.
- For pressure setups, connect a pressurized solvent supply to the fluid inlet and trigger solvent through the gun until clean.
- Gun head disassembly is not recommended for normal cleaning and maintenance.
- Have repair kit 10-106 available before gun disassembly.
