The DVXA Offers Revolutionary Redesign with Superior Quality and Efficiency

Published by jorge.flores@cetinc.com BigCommerce on Feb 26, 2025

With a redesigned air cap and gun fluid body, the DVXA maximizes performance by reducing turbulence between the paint and air when the gun is triggered. This automatic spray gun technology innovation offers higher transfer efficiency, reduced material usage and improved pattern consistency.

Features:

  • High air spray finish quality reduces orange peel and mottling
  • Reduced material usage
  • Air cap orientation lock allows for more time spraying
  • Large, consistent spray pattern size for fewer passes
  • Fewer parts and part numbers
  • Designed to spray at 2 bar, reducing air consumption
  • Works at low and high inlet air pressure
  • Capable of handling a range of materials across three pressure air caps
  • Easy to install, clean, maintain, and repair

Another improvement from the DVXA is the orientation-locked, quick-release air cap that provides better spray consistency and faster set-up time. The installation of the DVXA is also made faster by the newly designed manifold. This updated design includes a cam-lock quick release and more ergonomically spaced fluid and air inlets. These inlets are versatile, allowing users to remotely or manually adjust the fan and atomization of the gun.

The back of the gun features both ratchet or fixed needle travel with fewer turns needed for adjustments. The rear of the body can be detached without needing to remove the back knob, allowing the packing to be removed without taking apart the entire gun body.

The DVXA is easier to clean, with a gun body design that reduces nooks and crannies where material would otherwise build up. The gun's internals have also been streamlined, reducing paint buildup internally.

Each spray gun includes all the necessary tools for adjustment or maintenance, as well as an array of fittings for plug-and-play use right out of the box.

A wide selection of needles, nozzles, and air caps ensures the DVXA is suitable for a wide range of applications. Nitride-coated options and plastic-tipped needle variations further expand the gun’s use cases.

The DVXA is designed around an array of mounting options, split between those for the standard manifold and those for the screw manifold.

CET carries the gun in both fixed-back or ratchet-backed variants, with BSP, NPS or screw manifolds. For any questions about the DVXA spray gun, please email sales@cetinc.com or call us at (586) 210-0555.
