The 36-511-F is the fine-finish (F) Opti-Tip C.A. Technologies 36-series air-assist-airless fluid tip — a 0.011” carbide orifice at a 50° spray angle for an approximately 10” fan. Sized for fine lacquers, enamels, and waterborne topcoats.

Fluid delivery is approximately 13 oz/min at 1000 PSI on light materials. The carbide orifice resists wear from abrasive coatings, holding pattern shape and finish quality far longer than steel. The fine-finish “F” Opti-Tip geometry softens the break-up further for show-surface work.

How do I read the tip number?

The first digit is the spray angle × 10 (5 → 50°); the last two digits are the orifice in thousandths of an inch (11 → 0.011”). So 36-511-F sprays a 10” fan at 0.011”.
