The DeVilbiss PROLite Gravity HVLP & High Efficiency Gun Kit (905042) is a dual air cap configuration that gives professional painters maximum versatility in a single kit. This package includes the PROLite gravity-feed spray gun body with both the HV30 HVLP and TE20 High Efficiency air caps, three stainless steel fluid nozzles (1.3mm, 1.4mm, and 1.5mm), matching fluid needle, and an HAV-555 air inlet adjustment valve with digital readout. No cup is included.

The 905042 ships with the PROLite gravity gun body, HV30 HVLP air cap and retaining ring, TE20 High Efficiency air cap and retaining ring, 1.3mm, 1.4mm, and 1.5mm stainless steel fluid nozzles, PROLite gravity fluid needle, and HAV-555 digital air adjustment valve. Compatible cups are sold separately — the 560mL Acetal gravity cup (905204), 900mL aluminum gravity cup (702576), DeKups adapter (802200), and SNAP N FLOW adapter (803750) all fit the PROLite platform.

Dual Air Cap Versatility — HV30 and TE20

The HV30 HVLP air cap operates at 14–25 psi (1.0–1.75 bar) with a maximum air consumption of 15.5 scfm (440 SLPM) and a fan pattern of 11.5–12.5 inches (290–315mm). This is the go-to cap for basecoat applications where HVLP regulatory compliance is required. The TE20 High Efficiency air cap operates at a lower 16–26 psi (1.1–1.8 bar) with 12.0 scfm (340 SLPM) air consumption and a fan pattern of 11.0–11.5 inches (275–290mm). The TE20 delivers excellent atomization at reduced air pressure, making it ideal for clearcoat applications and environments where lower air consumption translates to energy savings. With three nozzle sizes included, the 905042 covers the full range of refinish materials — the 1.3mm for standard basecoats, the 1.4mm for clearcoats and higher-solids materials, and the 1.5mm for heavy-bodied primers and high-build coatings.
