The DeVilbiss PROLite Gravity High Efficiency & HVLP Gun Kit (905045) combines the best of both atomization technologies in a single kit. This package includes the PROLite gravity-feed spray gun body with both the TE25 High Efficiency and HV30 HVLP air caps, three stainless steel fluid nozzles (1.2mm, 1.3mm, and 1.4mm), matching fluid needle, and an HAV-555 air inlet adjustment valve with digital readout. No cup is included.

What's in the Kit

The 905045 ships with the PROLite gravity gun body, TE25 High Efficiency air cap and retaining ring, HV30 HVLP air cap and retaining ring, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, and 1.4mm stainless steel fluid nozzles, PROLite gravity fluid needle, and HAV-555 digital air adjustment valve. Compatible cups are sold separately — the 560mL Acetal gravity cup (905204), 900mL aluminum gravity cup (702576), DeKups adapter (802200), and SNAP N FLOW adapter (803750) all fit the PROLite platform.

Dual Air Cap Versatility — TE25 and HV30

The TE25 High Efficiency air cap operates at 22–29 psi (1.5–2.0 bar) with a maximum air consumption of 12.4 scfm (350 SLPM) and a fan pattern of 10.5–11.0 inches (270–285mm). The TE25 delivers tight, controlled atomization at moderate air pressure — an excellent clearcoat cap that produces a fine, even finish with high transfer efficiency. The HV30 HVLP air cap operates at 14–25 psi (1.0–1.75 bar) with a maximum air consumption of 15.5 scfm (440 SLPM) and a fan pattern of 11.5–12.5 inches (290–315mm). The HV30 produces a wider fan with soft atomization, making it the ideal basecoat cap where HVLP regulatory compliance is required and maximum pattern coverage is preferred. Together, the TE25 and HV30 give painters a purpose-built cap for each stage of the refinish process — HV30 for basecoat, TE25 for clearcoat. With three nozzle sizes included, the 905045 covers the full range of materials — the 1.2mm for lighter-viscosity waterborne basecoats, the 1.3mm for standard basecoats and single-stage finishes, and the 1.4mm for clearcoats and higher-solids materials.
