The 0.6mm nozzle paired with the MC1's ultra-low air volume delivers a controlled micro stream of material with minimal overspray, enabling repairs that blend invisibly into the surrounding finish. The HV5 HVLP air cap operates at a recommended inlet pressure of 29 psi (2.0 bar) with an air consumption of 4.8 cfm (135 L/min) and produces a typical fan pattern of approximately 160mm (6.3"). The HV5 provides HVLP-compliant atomization with a full-size spot repair pattern — giving the operator the ability to step up to larger repairs, bumper work, or wheel refinishing without changing guns. When using the HV5 cap, swap to a larger nozzle (0.8mm or 1.0mm sold separately) for optimal fluid delivery at the wider fan width.
