Which cone should I start with?
D25 is the general-purpose default. Use D18 for tight recesses and D34 for wide coverage. All three included — test each on your parts to find the best match for your line speed and geometry.
Can I add flat spray?
Yes. Same gun body. Add electrode holder X1 (2429073) and F1 nozzle (2420243). Swap the front end to switch between flat and round spray by job.
PEA-X1 R vs. PEM-X1 R?
Same cascade, same cones, same nozzle ecosystem. PEA-X1 R is the automatic version with IP54 and Powerlock. PEM-X1 R (2335844) is the hand-held manual version.
Need nylon powder capability?
The 2430804 uses a negative cascade. Nylon requires positive polarity. Choose the PEA-X1 Basic (+) (2430805) instead.
